3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

4. Client Data and AI Solutions
4.1 Build-and-Deliver Model
Startir operates a build-and-deliver model. We design, develop, and deploy custom AI workflows and agents for our clients. Once a solution is delivered and the engagement is complete, the client assumes full ownership of the solution and all associated operating costs, including API tokens, third-party service fees, and infrastructure costs. Startir does not host, maintain, or retain ongoing access to delivered solutions unless a separate managed service agreement is in effect.
4.2 Client Business Data
During an engagement, we may access client business data solely for the purpose of designing, building, testing, and deploying the contracted AI solution. This may include sample datasets, workflow documentation, process descriptions, and system integration credentials provided by the client. We treat all client business data as confidential and will not use it for any purpose beyond the scope of the engagement without the client’s express written consent.
4.3 Data Retention for Delivered Solutions
Upon completion and delivery of an AI solution, Startir will delete or return all client business data within thirty (30) days unless otherwise agreed in writing, required by law, or necessary for ongoing managed service obligations. Project documentation, architecture summaries, and anonymized performance metrics may be retained for internal quality assurance and portfolio development purposes.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With service providers and contractors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, email delivery platforms, and development partners, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- With your consent, including when you agree to participate in case studies, testimonials, or referral programs.
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
- To enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of Startir, our clients, or the public.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
6. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted communications, secure access controls, and regular review of our data handling practices.
